Year 1 celebrated World Read Aloud Day today. Our new readers read to each other and had several adults come in to read to them.
Reading aloud has numerous benefits that go beyond simply enjoying a good story. It helps us improve our language skills, expand our vocabulary, and enhances our listening abilities. Reading aloud also creates a sense of community and connection as we share stories and experiences with others.
