Why did you want to become a teacher?

I became a teacher because I find it fascinating to help others learn and to be part of guiding young people to become responsible, kind, and confident adults. I also have the opportunity to see students build relationships with each other, while also fostering and building a connection with each individual student. Witnessing students achieve mastery and being able to give them positive feedback is an incredibly rewarding experience, making the job feel truly meaningful. Teaching is a highly varied profession; no student is the same, and no day is ever alike.
